Matteo Legler, Chief Operating Officer of Project Capital Funds Limited, has over 15 years of business development experience in a number of different financial services jurisdictions. During his career, Matteo has focused on asset and wealth management across a range of structured products, developing investment policies, undertaking due diligence and fund management. He has also been involved with a number of private equity investments and private placements, including the sourcing and raising of funds.

Matteo is Swiss and holds a BA in Economics and Social Sciences from Geneva University, with a major in Corporate Management and Finance

Nael has worked as a trader and chief broker across Europe and the Middle East. Educated at Sagesse University in Beirut, Lebanon, he started work as a FX and stock trader in Geneva at EFXFX SA, covering commodities, equities and FX. He then moved to London as the Chief Broker at Amwal International Financial Brokerage LTD, helping to launch the company and managing the portfolios of High Net-Worth clients.

He was one of the first people to join Project Capital Funds Limited and is a certified broker with both Project Capital and the DFM.

Perry has worked in corporate and financial communications for over 25 years. He is working as the Regional Senior Consultant Investment Fund Manager covering the entire United States and Canada. He has worked in the US, UK, Australia and extensively through Europe, specialising in Investment Fund Management.

He started his career as a business and financial motivational speaker representing numerous companies also he worked with Robert Kiyosaki and is an experienced media and presentation trainer who has worked with MDs, CEOs and CFOs from some of the world’s largest Investment companies.

He was one of the first people to join Project Capital Funds Limited and is a certified Investment Manager. He holds a Ph.D in Business Economics from Macquarie University Australia and MBA in Finance from Scotland Business School.

Mr. Nouveau-Nikolajsen is a specialist in Capital Raising, Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring, Corporate Finance and trading a variety of Financial Instruments. He has a strong track-record of working with Sovereign Wealth Funds, Institutional Clients, Corporates and Family Offices from MENA, Asia, Europe and US.

Prior to joining Project Capital Funds Limited, Claus worked at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch (Bank of America). He was also the co-founder of Baumann & Partners, a Luxembourg-based independent Asset Management Company, which was successfully sold in 2009.

Miguel was one of the original start-up team at Project Capital Funds Limited. Prior to this he was Chief Operating Officer of Dublin-based Squared Financial Services Limited, a leading independent full-service brokerage. As COO, he was responsible for the management of the operations and trading departments of the company and led the creation of the dealing room and developed the framework for the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Miguel has a Master of Science degree from the Ecole des HEC, University of Lausanne, Switzerland.

Iskandar Najjar started his career as a financial advisor working for Barclays bank in the UK, he then moved to work in the FX Industry becoming COO of ACM Dubai before moving to the position of CEO at Alpari ME, where he established the company in the region building the business structures and developing both institutional and retail sales.

He holds a BA in Business Economics from Manchester Metropolitan University, and MSc in Finance from Leeds Business School and MBA from the London Business School.

Williams has over 20 year’s senior level experience in the FX and Equities industries, working in the UK and the US, and joined Project Capital Funds Limited in October 2014. Prior to this he was Head of FX Transactions, Europe, Middle East & Africa for Thomson Reuters, having moved into the group when they took over FXAll. Before FXALL he worked at Morgan Stanley, following roles at Société Générale, in the Corporate and Investment Banking division and at Lehman Brothers and the GFI Group.

Williams grew-up in Australia and studied business administration at the Canberra Institute of Technology.

Francis is a forex, derivatives and risk management expert with more than 15 years of experience in international finance, focused on Asian markets. Prior to joining Project Capital Funds Limited, he served as Managing Director and Regional Head for Greater China at Saxo Bank, and as Managing Director for FXCM Asia. Francis is widely recognized as the pioneer for the forex business in Asia, having set the industry standard for the regional institutional and retail trading business.

Francis is a published academic, author and commentator on foreign exchange markets, and remains a guest lecturer at the Department of Economic at Fu Jen Catholic University, his alma mater. He completed his post-graduate studies in Visual Communication at the Pratt Institute in New York, and earned his MBA, masters of business administration from Lubin Business School at Pace University. Since 2009, Francis has been a PhD candidate at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics

Jeffery has worked in corporate finance for decades. He has also been involved with a number of private equity investments and private placements, including the sourcing and raising of funds.

He started his career as a business and financial motivational speaker representing numerous companies, he was responsible for the management of the operations and trading departments of the company and led the creation of the dealing room and developed the framework for the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Andreas is a highly dynamic, senior marketing professional with extensive experience, predominantly in the financial industry. He has profound knowledge of marketing principles, service management, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of successes.

As Senior Marketing Director at Project Capital Funds Limited in London he is instrumental in developing both the online and offline marketing elements in the Middle East and globally. Andreas was previously employed as the CMO at FxPro Financial services, where he successfully spearheaded the firm’s successful marketing program globally.

Stephen has worked in corporate and financial communications for over 25 years. He moved to the Middle East in 2008 working as the Regional Director for Hill & Knowlton. He has worked in the US, Singapore and extensively through Europe, specialising in Islamic finance.

He started his career as a journalist and is an experienced media and presentation trainer who has worked with MDs, CEOs and CFOs from some the world’s largest companies.

He has a BA (Hons) in Geography and is a member of the Institute of Public Relations.

Prior to joining Project Capital Funds Limited Tim held a number of senior finance roles at ICAP plc, most recently as Regional CFO for Asia Pacific where he was a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Committee and the Global Finance Leadership Group and was a director of all of ICAP’s regulated entities in the Asia region. Tim is a qualified chartered accountant and completed his training at Deloitte.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in in commerce from the University of Cape Town and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Natal.

Andrew has spent his 20 year IT career in financial services working in tier1 firms, and at Project Capital Funds Limited he leads the technology team which has implemented the OREX platform.

Prior to joining Project Capital, Andrew worked for eight years at Barclays Capital as a Senior Director in a variety of management positions, where his work included building and managing the highly regarded BARX Futures and Options trading platform. He has built global systems in FX, Equities, Fixed Income, Credit, Flow Derivatives, Exchange trading and Market Making

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics.

Michelle is a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Premium Bridge Dividend Strategy. She is also a Senior Portfolio Manager for private clients in the Appreciation strategy and Income Solutions program, working to create customized portfolios to meet the specific needs of private clients and institutions

Michelle has over 20 years of investment industry experience and 10 years of related financial industry experience. She joined Project Capital in 2011 as a Managing Partner in the Finance division. She subsequently transitioned to the Fund and Asset Management division in 2016 and began her work managing private client accounts with the Appreciation and Income Solutions portfolio management teams.

Michelle earned her MBA in International Business Management from the university of Aberdeen and holds a Phd in Finance and Management from Wilfried Laurier University.
